Sign in to Rhythms

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Sign in at app.rhythms.ai. There are four ways in, and they all lead to the same account: continue with Google, Microsoft or Slack, or enter your work email and type the one-time code Rhythms emails you. Rhythms has no passwords. If your organisation has set up single sign-on (SSO), entering your work email sends you to your company identity provider automatically.

The four ways to sign in

The sign-in page shows three buttons and an email box.

  • Continue with Google – sign in with the Google account that uses your work email.
  • Continue with Microsoft – sign in with the Microsoft account that uses your work email.
  • Continue with Slack – sign in with your Slack account. This only confirms who you are; it does not install Rhythms in your Slack workspace.
  • Email and one-time code – enter your email and press Continue. Rhythms emails you a 6-digit code to type on the next screen.

Whichever way you choose, the email address on that account must be the one your Rhythms account was created with. The Google, Microsoft and Slack buttons are social sign-in with your own account at that provider; they are not your organisation's SSO. Organisation SSO is triggered from the email box, described below.

Sign in with your email and a one-time code

  1. Go to app.rhythms.ai.
  2. Type your work email address and press Continue.
  3. Open the email from Rhythms and note the 6-digit code.
  4. Type the code on the Enter your verification code screen. The code is checked as soon as the sixth digit is entered; you can also press Verify.

If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder. Use Use a different email to go back and correct the address. If your email domain has SSO configured, step 2 sends you to your identity provider instead of emailing a code.

Sign in with Google, Microsoft or Slack

  1. Go to app.rhythms.ai.
  2. Choose Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Slack.
  3. Pick or sign in to the account that uses your work email. Microsoft, for example, shows a Pick an account screen.
  4. You are returned to Rhythms and signed in.
Microsoft's Pick an account screen, shown after choosing Continue with Microsoft, listing a signed-in work account and a Use another account option

If the provider signs you in with a personal account or a different work account, Rhythms cannot match it to your Rhythms account. Choose Use another account and pick the one with your work email.

Sign in with your organisation's SSO

If a Rhythms Admin has configured SSO for your organisation (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or another identity provider), you do not choose a button. Type your work email in the email box and press Continue: Rhythms recognises your email domain and sends you to your identity provider. Sign in there as you normally would and you are returned to Rhythms. Ask your Rhythms Admin or IT team if you are unsure whether SSO is set up.

If you belong to more than one workspace

After signing in, people who belong to more than one Rhythms workspace see a Select Workspace page. Choose the workspace you want to open. You can switch workspaces later from the workspace menu in the app.

Signing in inside Microsoft Teams

When you open the Rhythms tab inside Microsoft Teams, sign-in opens in a small pop-up window because Google, Microsoft and identity providers cannot load inside the Teams frame. Complete the sign-in in the pop-up; it closes and the tab loads. If your browser or Teams blocks pop-ups, allow them for Rhythms and try again.

Troubleshooting

  • No code arrives. Check spam, then go back with Use a different email and confirm the address is the one on your Rhythms account. Codes are sent only for addresses Rhythms recognises or can create an account for.
  • Wrong account after Continue with Google or Microsoft. Sign out of that provider or choose Use another account, then pick the account with your work email.
  • SSO redirect fails or errors on your identity provider's page. Contact your IT team first; the problem is usually with the identity-provider configuration or your corporate credentials.
  • You are asked for a password. That page is not Rhythms. Rhythms never asks you to set or enter a password.
  • You are told you do not have access. Ask your Rhythms Admin to add you; see User Management in Rhythms.

FAQ

Do I need to create a password? No. Rhythms uses one-time codes, Google, Microsoft, Slack and organisation SSO. There is nothing to set or reset.

Are Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft the same as my company's SSO? No. Those buttons sign you in with your own Google or Microsoft account. Organisation SSO runs through your identity provider and starts automatically when you enter a work email whose domain has SSO configured.

Does Continue with Slack install Rhythms in Slack? No. On the sign-in page it only confirms your identity. Installing Rhythms in Slack is done by a Rhythms Admin from Settings; see Getting started with Rhythms in Slack.

Can I sign in with a different email than the one on my account? No. Every method matches you to your Rhythms account by email address, so use the address your account was created with.
