Organizing and monitoring your OKRs just got significantly more powerful with Views now available to all customers. Plus, new planning resources help you structure OKRs for sustained success as you enter your planning season.

Updated over a month ago

Views: Organize OKRs the Way You Work

Views let you create saved perspectives on your OKR data that match how you actually work. Instead of navigating rigid hierarchies or running the same filters repeatedly, you can build custom views for any scenario—tracking personal objectives, monitoring team progress, or reviewing company-wide strategic goals.

Create views by describing what you need to Rhythms AI in Chat, or configure them manually for precise control. Choose from three display types: Tree View shows strategic alignment with expandable hierarchies, List View provides comprehensive monitoring in a flat table format, and Board View delivers card-based layouts with AI summaries optimized for executive reviews. Administrators can pin views as organization-wide tabs, while individuals can favorite any view for personal quick access.

Planning for 2026: Get Your OKR Structure Right

Many organizations are in the midst of planning season now, and the structural decisions you make are much harder to fix once goals cascade across your organization. We've published three comprehensive guides to help you build OKR programs that create clarity rather than confusion.
