Smarter OKR Creation with AI
Rhythms now takes a smarter approach to generating OKRs. Instead of starting with a blank slate, it first analyzes your team structure, historical objectives, and active time periods to understand your organizational context. Then it asks about your strategic priorities, and if you upload planning documents, incorporates those too. The improvement: draft OKRs that are already aligned with your context and ready to refine, not generic suggestions. For cascading, Rhythms now does the heavy lifting of translating high-level objectives into team-specific goals automatically.
