AI-Generated Summary Insights
Use Rhythms' AI-generated summary to quickly see key metrics, KPIs, and OKR status, including risks or areas needing attention.
Drill into a specific key result to see assignment, ownership details, and, if permitted, make ownership changes. Next, examine how connectors and integrations (like Power BI) link into your daily workflow.
AI-powered Check Ins and Integrations
Open settings to enable or review available connectors. Use Power BI-integrated check-ins where OKR values and statuses automatically sync based on your latest reports.
Review the AI-generated check-in note—this summarizes previous check-in information and analytics insights. Personalize the note as needed, then submit your check-in contribution.
Creating New OKRs
When starting a new quarter, create draft objectives. Rhythms acts as your OKR coach by analyzing past data and suggesting stronger objectives if needed. Pick, refine, and assign objectives according to suggested improvements. Assign a time period, define alignment, and select an owner.
Review and choose key results auto-generated for alignment with your objective. Accept the recommendations or edit as appropriate, then finalize and cascade objectives down to other teams as needed.
Regularly review and refine suggested objectives and key results. Reject, edit, or lock in each one after careful evaluation. Use the built-in OKR coach for just-in-time guidance and expand the Rhythms Chat to collaborate with your copilot for instant insights or help writing crisp objectives.
For reporting, switch to the Dashboard view for a high-level summary. Filter by time periods or owners. Use the graphical summaries to track progress and quickly assess the status of objectives.
Report Generation
If you need to present results, export dashboard data to a PowerPoint deck, using either a Rhythms template or your own, and add custom notes as required. Generate and download the presentation to share comprehensive OKR updates with your team or leadership.
