Login Methods for RhythmsAI
RhythmsAI supports two primary methods for logging in:
Email and One-Time Code: The standard method where you use the specific email address registered with your RhythmsAI account. You will receive a one-time code on the registered email address while logging in.
Single Sign-On (SSO): If your organization has set up SSO for RhythmsAI, you will typically log in using your corporate network credentials via your organization's identity provider (like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, etc.). Verify with your OKR program lead or IT administrator whether SSO has been setup for your organization.
How to Log In Step-by-Step
Step 1: Go to the RhythmsAI Login Page
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the RhythmsAI web application.
Step 2: Proceed Based on Your Login Method
2.1 Email and One-Time Password
Enter your registered email address and hit the 'Continue' button. You will receive a code on your email which you should enter in the screen below. Upon successful authentication you will be logged into your RhythmsAI account and redirected to the dashboard.
2.2 Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization has set up SSO for RhythmsAI, you will log in using your corporate network credentials via your organization's identity provider. In this case, use the 'Continue with Google' or Continue with Microsoft' options as appropriate. The example below illustrates login with Microsoft SSO.
You will be redirected to a screen like the one below to confirm the account with which you are accessing RhythmsAI. Upon successful authentication you will be automatically logged into your RhythmsAI account and redirected to the dashboard.
Troubleshooting Common Login Issues
If you encounter difficulties logging in:
Double-Check Credentials: Ensure you are entering the correct email address and code.
Verify URL: Make sure you are on the correct login page: app.rhythms.ai
Clear Browser Cache/Cookies: Sometimes stored data can interfere with the login process. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help.
