August 5, 2026 Release Notes

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This week: Connect your Trello boards and Google Drive files directly to your OKRs, OKR short IDs are now front and center, and deleting an integration warns you before anything breaks.

New Features

💻 Trello Boards, Connected

Tracking work in Trello? You can now connect Trello directly to Rhythms as an MCP integration. Link your Trello cards and boards to Key Results and Initiatives — so your work in Trello automatically surfaces in your OKR updates. No more copy-pasting status from one tool to another.

Try it: Go to Integrations → search for Trello → connect with your Atlassian account.

💻 Google Drive & BigQuery, Released

Google Drive and BigQuery are now fully released connectors in Rhythms. Pull data from your Drive files and BigQuery datasets directly into your OKRs and documents — whether you're tracking a metric from a spreadsheet or a query result from your data warehouse.

Try it: Go to Integrations → search for Google Drive or BigQuery → connect your Google account.

Key Improvements

  • OKR Short IDs Always Visible — Short IDs (like KR-42) now appear by default right next to every OKR title. No more hunting through column settings to find them — they're there when you need to reference a goal in a doc, a Slack message, or a ticket.

  • Safer Connection Deletion — Deleting an integration now shows you exactly which playbooks and data sources depend on it, and automatically disables them so nothing breaks silently. Admins get a clear warning before anything is removed.

  • Comments Stay Open After Resolving — Resolving a comment while reviewing the Open comments list no longer closes the panel. The list stays open so you can keep working through the rest without losing your place.
