February 12, 2026 Release Notes
Last updated: February 19, 2026
This week expands access and flexibility across Rhythms. A new Tableau Cloud integration brings live metric data into OKR tracking, drag-and-drop column reordering gives teams full control over their views, and bulk OKR import is now available to all users. A set of rollup and calculation accuracy fixes also ships this week, strengthening progress tracking reliability across OKR hierarchies.
Tableau Cloud Integration
Connect Rhythms to Tableau Cloud to pull metrics from your existing dashboards and workbooks directly into OKR progress tracking. Teams that rely on Tableau as their source of truth can configure auto-updates so key results reflect the latest Tableau values without manual check-ins. Set up the connection once, select your data source, and Rhythms keeps your OKRs current. This integration is available to all customers with no additional configuration required.

Drag-and-Drop Column Reordering
Arrange columns in list and tree views to match how your team thinks about OKR data. In the Manage Columns panel, drag column pills into the order that works best for you. The layout persists per-view across devices and sessions, so your preferred arrangement is always in place when you return. Teams can take full control of what information is most prominent in their workspace without requiring admin changes.
Improvements
OKR Auto-Update Setup: Setting up automated OKR updates from integrations now happens through the main chat interface instead of a separate modal. Clicking an integration opens chat with a pre-filled message, streamlining the setup experience while preserving all existing auto-update functionality.
Users Preview in Report Drill-Downs: The Users Preview page accessible from report drill-downs now includes an Account Created column with a "NEW" badge for recent hires, an updated Manager column showing avatar, name, and email, and bulk actions for exporting and sending reminders, helping managers act on user data directly from reports.
Comment Keyboard Shortcut: Cmd+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) now submits comments in Rhythms, matching familiar behavior from tools like Google Docs and reducing friction when annotating OKRs and dashboards.
Sort By and Group By Dropdowns: Options in Sort By and Group By menus are now alphabetically ordered by display label, making it easier to find the right option quickly, with new additions placed in the correct position automatically.
Archive Teams via Chat: Teams can be archived through natural language chat commands, enabling team management without leaving the chat interface.
Fixes
Rollup & Progress Calculations: Draft and postponed goals no longer contribute to parent rollup calculations. Non-contributing child OKRs no longer trigger parent rollups on check-in, and metric-based contribution calculations have been corrected to ensure accurate progress tracking across OKR hierarchies.
Contribution Weights: Editing an OKR's title, description, or metric type no longer resets manually configured contribution weights, preserving the rollup behavior teams have set up.
Progress Display: Progress and status values now refresh correctly in the UI after updates, ensuring what teams see reflects their latest check-in data.
Activity Feed: Duplicate entries no longer appear in the timeline. Deduplication logic now prevents race conditions from creating repeated activity records.
Integrations: PowerBI connections now successfully create draft check-ins. HubSpot integration detection in chat has been corrected so users are no longer prompted to set up an already-connected integration. Jira connections no longer fail due to calculation errors in JQL processing.
