This release: The alignment graph opens on any single goal, collapsed navigation shows real destinations, closing an objective can now cascade to its descendants, and roll-up blockers surface clearly across the product.

New Features

🖥️ Open any goal directly in the alignment graph

Any goal can now be opened in the OKR alignment graph, centred alongside its parents, children, and siblings. Each edge displays the live contribution weight, so you can see at a glance whether a parent's contributions add up to 100 % — or where they fall short. Reach this view from the goal's menu or the Aligned to header. The existing OKRs-view graph also gains labelled edges and corrected contribution weights.

Try it: Open any goal, select View in graph from the menu or the Aligned to header, and inspect the contribution weights on each edge.

🖥️ Collapsed navigation shows real destinations

Collapsing the sidebar keeps your primary destinations accessible with their own icons in the rail, adapting as your window height changes. Search, Chats, and Your teams remain reachable without expanding the sidebar. Settings, connectors, and your account control are pinned to the bottom and cannot scroll out of view. Organisation help links added by your admin appear directly in the rail with their site favicons in both states.

Try it: Collapse the sidebar using the toggle at the top of the nav rail and confirm your primary destinations are individually accessible.

🖥️ Close an objective's descendant goals in one step

When closing an objective in rollup mode, a new Also close everything aligned under this Objective checkbox appears in the check-in modal. Checking it closes eligible child KRs and deeper descendants in a single action — each receives its own closed check-in with the goal's last recorded value. Goals still aligned to another open parent are skipped, and the final confirmation shows closed and skipped counts.

Try it: Open an objective in rollup mode, choose to close it, and enable the new checkbox in the check-in modal to cascade the closure to all eligible descendants.

🖥️ Roll-up blockers visible across WebUI and Chat

Two roll-up blockers are now surfaced everywhere. When Manage Contributions has no contributing children selected, the Update from children panel shows a warning and Chat can direct you to Manage Contributions rather than suggesting a manual check-in. When Rhythms AI cannot calculate a roll-up, a privacy-safe explanation appears in the panel with a warning icon and a Learn more button that opens a Chat thread — clearing automatically after a successful roll-up or a selection change. A per-row info icon in Manage Contributions explains metric compatibility for custom-metric parents.

Try it: Open a goal using Update from children, remove all selected children in Manage Contributions, and observe the new warning and Chat guidance.

Key Improvements

• Manual update mode now stops integration playbooks. Switching a KR to Manual update prevents its auto-update playbook from running on schedule. Switching back to Update from integration resumes the existing schedule without losing the stored integration configuration.
• Goal short IDs resolve correctly in Chat. Searching for a goal by its short ID — for example, OBJ-132 — now returns the correct goal in the first page of results.
• Chat OKR deletions go to Trash. Deleting OKRs from the Chat bulk-delete card now moves them to Trash, keeping goals restorable for 30 days, matching the behaviour of the list-view delete. The confirmation card copy and layout have been updated to reflect this.
• Auto-pause notification retries are now bounded. Inactive, invalid, or unreachable notification recipients are treated as terminal and will not be retried. All other delivery failures are capped at three attempts before being marked exhausted, and recovery state resets when a playbook is resumed.
