# Troubleshooting and Support

Find solutions for login issues, troubleshooting errors, and accessing Rhythms support.

## **I’m having trouble logging in to Rhythms. What should I do?**

If you can’t log in, try the following steps:

1. **Check the email address you are using** – Rhythms has no passwords. Enter the email address your Rhythms account was created with to receive a one-time code, or use **Continue with Google**, **Microsoft** or **Slack** with an account on that same email. If your company uses **single sign-on (SSO)**, entering your work email sends you to your identity provider automatically. See [Sign in to Rhythms](/getting-started/basics/sign-in-to-rhythms.md).
2. **Confirm your access** – Reach out to your **Rhythms admin** to check if you have been **provisioned as a user** in your organization. If you are not yet added, your admin can assist with account setup.
3. **Try an incognito window** – If the issue persists, try logging in using a private/incognito browser window. If this works, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to resolve any session-related issues.
4. **Contact support if needed** – If you still cannot access your account, you can reach out to **Rhythms support** using the **Help link in the product** or by emailing [**support@rhythms.ai**](mailto:support@rhythms.ai). When contacting support, provide details about your issue, such as error messages or any troubleshooting steps you've already tried, so we can assist you quickly.

## **What if I encounter an error or something isn’t working correctly on the platform?**

If you run into a bug, error message, or unexpected behavior in Rhythms, try the following:

1. **Refresh or log out and back in** – A quick reset can resolve many temporary issues. Also, ensure you’re using an up-to-date browser.
2. **Check the Help Center** – Browse this help portal or our documentation for troubleshooting steps. Some issues, like missing permissions or required configurations, may already be covered.
3. **Check if it’s a known issue** – Ask teammates if they are experiencing the same issue. If it seems widespread, visit\*\*[status.rhythms.ai](https://status.rhythms.ai)\*\* to check for any service disruptions or updates.
4. **Document the issue and contact support** – Take note of what you were doing when the error occurred, copy any error messages, and capture screenshots if possible. Then, reach out to [**support@rhythms.ai**](mailto:support@rhythms.ai) or use the **Help link in the product** to report the issue. Providing details will help our team investigate and resolve it quickly.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rhythms.ai/workspace-settings-and-administration/troubleshooting-and-support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `build a script that syncs our docs to a CMS` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
