January 22, 2026 Release Notes

This week brings the Activity Feed to all users for tracking OKR updates in one place. We've added new filtering capabilities and label management through AI chat, making it easier to organize and categorize your OKRs

Updated this week

Activity Feed

Track what's happening across your OKRs with the Activity Feed, now available to all users. The feed shows recent updates, check-ins, and changes to objectives and key results in a centralized view, making it easier to stay informed about progress without navigating through individual OKRs. Each activity displays source-specific icons and context, helping you quickly identify what changed and who made the update. The interface groups related activities and provides clear timestamps, enabling you to understand the sequence of events and respond to important changes promptly.

OKR Filtering by Type

Filter OKRs by type using the filter bar to see only objectives or only key results, depending on what you need to review. This capability works within views, allowing you to focus your attention on the specific level of your goal hierarchy that matters for your current task. When switching to List view mode, the hierarchy is automatically flattened to show all matching object types at the same level, making it easier to scan across multiple OKRs without navigating nested structures.

Label Management via Chat

Create, update, and apply OKR labels directly through AI chat commands. Describe the labels you need in natural language, and the system handles both label management and application across your objectives. You can add labels to single or multiple OKRs, remove specific labels, or replace all labels on objectives through simple chat requests. This streamlines label workflows by removing the need to navigate through settings menus or manually update each objective. Note that creating new labels requires administrator permissions, while applying existing labels to OKRs you can edit is available to all users.

Improvements

  • OKR Status Calculation: Modified thresholds for how status indicators (on track, at risk, not started) are calculated across the platform, providing more accurate signals about objective health based on actual progress patterns

  • Chat Interface: Technical tool outputs now remain hidden in the chat interface, showing only relevant responses and making conversations more readable

  • Login Page: Reorganized to prioritize SSO options over email and password for faster access, particularly for enterprise users with configured single sign-on

  • OAuth Connections: System automatically refreshes stale OAuth connections to prevent integration failures, reducing manual reconnection steps

  • Explorer View: Now defaults to showing your own OKRs instead of all workspace OKRs, providing a more relevant starting point when opening the explorer

Fixes

  • MS Teams Integration: Fixed issue preventing users from switching between multiple Rhythms workspaces within the MS Teams interface

  • OKR Scoring: Corrected calculation logic so scores only apply to closed OKRs rather than being incorrectly set on in-progress goals

  • Dropdown Menus: Fixed event propagation issue where clicking dropdown menu items would also trigger row selection in tables
