This week brings flexible goal sorting and attachment support for evidence-based check-ins

Updated over a week ago

Goal Sorting

Organize your OKR views exactly how you need them with flexible goal sorting. You can now sort objectives and key results by any visible column, whether that's progress, owner, due date, or custom fields, making it easier to focus on what matters most for your current task. Sort ascending or descending with a single click, and your preferences persist across sessions. This is particularly valuable when reviewing quarterly goals with leadership teams or preparing for 1:1 conversations where you need to quickly identify at-risk objectives or highlight top performers. The sorting capability works consistently across all view types, giving you complete control over how you organize and prioritize your goals.

Attachments in Check-in Notes

Add supporting evidence and context to your check-ins by uploading attachments directly within check-in notes. Attach screenshots, reports, presentations, or documents that provide additional detail about your progress or challenges. This is especially powerful when AI drafts your check-in based on completed tasks, you can enrich the generated narrative with relevant artifacts like performance dashboards, customer feedback, or visual proof of milestones. Attachments display as clickable badges below your check-in note, making it easy for managers and stakeholders to access supporting materials without leaving the platform or hunting through email threads.
