What You Can Do

Drag and drop items to reorder them within their parent objective. This helps communicate priorities and sequence to your team.


How to Reorder

Find your OKR - Navigate to any objective in Quick View and Detail View

  1. Grab the item - Hover over any Key Result, Child Objective, or Initiative to reveal the drag handle (โ‹ฎโ‹ฎ) on the left

  2. Drag to reorder - Click, drag to the new position, and drop

  3. Changes save automatically - The new order is immediately visible to all team members

Note: You can only reorder items within the same parent objective. You need edit permissions for that objective.


Why Reorder?

  • Communicate priorities - Put the most important items first

  • Show dependencies - Arrange items in logical sequence (prerequisites โ†’ core work โ†’ outcomes)

  • Group related work - Cluster similar initiatives or key results together


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I re-order items across different objectives?

No, use the edit function to change parent alignment instead.

Is my order saved for everyone?

Everyone with access to that objective sees the new order immediately.

Does reordering affect my reports or analytics?

No, reordering is purely visual and doesn't impact calculations, progress tracking, or reporting functionality. It only changes how items are displayed to improve clarity and communication.
