I’m having trouble logging in to Rhythms. What should I do?

If you can’t log in, try the following steps:

  1. Check your credentials – Ensure you are using the correct email/username and password. If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), make sure you’re selecting the right login method (e.g., logging in through your corporate account).

  2. Confirm your access – Reach out to your Rhythms admin to check if you have been provisioned as a user in your organization. If you are not yet added, your admin can assist with account setup.

  3. Try an incognito window – If the issue persists, try logging in using a private/incognito browser window. If this works, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to resolve any session-related issues.

  4. Contact support if needed – If you still cannot access your account, you can reach out to Rhythms support using the Help link in the product or by emailing [email protected]. When contacting support, provide details about your issue, such as error messages or any troubleshooting steps you've already tried, so we can assist you quickly.

What if I encounter an error or something isn’t working correctly on the platform?

If you run into a bug, error message, or unexpected behavior in Rhythms, try the following:

  1. Refresh or log out and back in – A quick reset can resolve many temporary issues. Also, ensure you’re using an up-to-date browser.

  2. Check the Help Center – Browse this help portal or our documentation for troubleshooting steps. Some issues, like missing permissions or required configurations, may already be covered.

  3. Check if it’s a known issue – Ask teammates if they are experiencing the same issue. If it seems widespread, visitstatus.rhythms.ai to check for any service disruptions or updates.

  4. Document the issue and contact support – Take note of what you were doing when the error occurred, copy any error messages, and capture screenshots if possible. Then, reach out to [email protected] or use the Help link in the product to report the issue. Providing details will help our team investigate and resolve it quickly.
